1. Non-Transactional Website
This is a non-transactional website. Submitting a cart is an enquiry only, not an order. A formal quote will be provided, and all details are subject to final confirmation.

2. Pricing & Currency
All prices are in GBP and subject to confirmation at the time of order.

3. Shipping
Prices exclude shipping. Costs will be confirmed when finalising the order.

4. Shipping Terms
Shipping excludes DDP. Customers must provide all required documentation for delivery and customs.

5. Fulfilment Charges
Custom packing or mixed-product orders may incur additional agreed charges.

6. Minimum Orders
Minimum order quantities apply per item and must be met.

7. Lead Times
Lead times are indicative and only confirmed at order stage.

8. Order Approval
Orders are only confirmed once final proof (if applicable) is approved in writing.

9. Payment Terms
Invoices are raised on order confirmation and payable within 14 days.

10. Bespoke Orders
Custom orders may carry additional costs and longer lead times. Once in production, they cannot be cancelled or returned.
